It was a great day at Templeogue LTC last Sunday with 4 Sutton teams competing in the finals of Senior League. The Ladies 3rds and 4ths were first to kick off the day’s tennis but both unfortunately ended up on the losing side.
The Men’s 2nds O45 were next up and again were unlucky. So it was all down to the Ladies 1st team to try and bring home the silverware and that is exactly what they did. Congratulations to Carmel and her team – a fantastic win against a strong Carrickmines side.
Thanks also to the many supporters who travelled out for the day and definitely made the difference in the last match!
